2009 YOUTH OF THE YEAR

 

The RBC Bank Youth of the Year was held on February 5, 2009 at the RBC Plaza.  Judges from the community had to choose a winner for each of the seven Clubs from 17 teens who were competing for their individual Club then as the overall winner for the entire organization.  After the winner was chosen, the participants and their guests had dinner as Bill Bunn, Region President for RBC, was the guest speaker.

 

Tim N. from The Club (the Teen Center) was chosen as the overall winner.   Other finalists chosen were Jessica D., Raleigh Girls Club, Robert G., Raleigh Boys Club, Traveon M., Wake Forest Boys & Girls Club, Xavier D., Washington Boys & Girls Club, Jeremy W., Zebulon Boys & Girls Club and Rosie W., Brentwood Boys & Girls Club.
